Home Health Clinician III & Home Health Clinician II and Regional Float: The Home Health Clinician III independently implements the nursing process utilizing clinical Standards and protocols. Additionally serves as a role model in the management, leadership, and delivery of quality nursing care. Integrates the role of clinician, teacher, consultant, and coordinator within specialty. Is responsible for the professional accountability and development. Home Health Clinician III, Triage and Infusion: The HHC III Triage works in collaboration and is responsible for the delivery of patient care to infusion patients. Receives and coordinates service requests. Good working knowledge of home infusion and knowledge of JCAHO requirements for home infusion providers.

Certifications and Licensures Required CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Required RN (Registered Nurse) License Required Oncology Or CDE (Diabetes) Or Enterostomy Required Driver's License State of Florida
Education Required Associate's Nursing Preferred Bachelor's Nursing Or Master's Nursing
