The Manager of Real Estate is primarily responsible for the sourcing of potential locations for the expansion of Miller’s Ale House Restaurant.  S/he will work with brokers, landlords, and our parent company to find suitable sites to negotiate lease contracts, and to ensure company growth plans align with overall expansion goals.

  • creates and manages a real estate broker network within area of responsibility
  • Prepare market studies for growth in core, developing, and new markets
  • Tracks and manages all development schedules to ensure opening dates and key benchmarks are met Achieves annual store opening plan for openings and store months
  • Develops a regional system of contacts with major developers in each market
  • Management of real estate projects, both planned and future focused
  • Negotiate lease agreements and conduct all steps of lease transactions with Outside Counsel
  • Analyze and evaluate data on a wide variety of real estate matters, including title information, architectural documentation and property surveys
  • Liaise with Company’s Legal and Operations teams along with, Outside Counsel regarding lease negotiations and lease revisions
  • Works with Finance on sale projections and other analytics
  • Accurately projects time lines to senior management and the field team to ensure accurate revenue projects and timely preparation of operations
  • Present real estate findings to Senior Management
