Employee benefit Third Party Administrator is seeking experienced service representative.
A BSR II position
· responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of quality customer service for small, medium, or large client groups.
· will utilize excellent service skills to address customer issues ensuring effective problem resolution.
· is responsible for assisting clients with maintaining compliance with employee benefit laws including Section 125 and COBRA. BSR II acts on behalf of client as liaison with benefit carriers to resolve issues related to employee eligibility and enrollment.
·will be subject matter expert relating to benefits, system administration, and other areas relevant to employee benefit administration.
·is a vital member of Call Center team.
Must have 3 years’ experience in employee benefits administration, and customer service.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
Bi-lingual a plus!
