Credit Analyst III

Harbor Community Bank one of the fastest growing banks in Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Analyst III. The Credit Analyst III primary job function is to spread and analyze customer financial information and make recommendations regarding the adjudication of intermediate and advanced commercial real estate and commercial and industrial credit requests.  These primary duties will be carried out with a high degree of independence and limited oversight from the Credit Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Work related experience should consist of a minimum of 7-years of commercial lending experience as a loan officer, credit analyst or underwriter.  Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
• Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank lending policies.
