Description

The Financial Specialist assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty and will interact with all levels of management. Job responsibilities may include: Financial Representative for large, complex clinical or business service lines, coordinating and improving the processes for financial analysis and reporting, general accounting, operating or capital budget and forecast processes, and capital asset management, leading complex projects to achieve the organizations goals and objectives. As a proven subject-matter expert, they will provide critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to proactively improve the integrity of financial data. The Financial Specialist uses professional judgment and provides quality customer service in a complex organization. Takes ownership for results, exhibits excellent communication/people skills, displays a positive attitude, ability and willingness to share knowledge, and act as a mentor. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required experience may include Bachelor?s in Accounting or Finance with 8 years of Accounting and 8 years of Financial Analysis; or Bachelor?s in Accounting or Finance with CPA and 6 years of Accounting and 6 years of Financial Analysis; or Master?s in related field with 6 years of Accounting and 6 years of Financial Analysis.

Preferred CPA and 4 years in Healthcare experience.
