Experienced, Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Daytona Beach team.

 Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time
  • Working effectively with producers as well as grow your own book of business
  • Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and being recognized by clients as a trusted advisor

Qualified candidates will have:

  • An active 2-20/ P&C license
  • 3-5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency experience as a CSR or Account Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • High level of commercial lines P&C insurance and industry experience
  • Experience in policy marketing, policy renewal processing, policy quoting and other related skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office, and Applied Preferred
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
