Description

The System Web Communications Coordinator is responsible for posting and delivering BayCare corporate information across the health system, using the organization?s applicable content management applications, such as Bronto?s commerce marketing automation platform and Microsoft?s SharePoint. Utilizes e-mail and Web best practices to boost open rates, click rates and other web-based metrics. Works closely with BayCare?s System Communications Department and cross-functional teams to procure, upload and manage web content, including: images, text, graphics, and web banners. Prepares and loads email contact databases, and provides guidance for best practices on email usability and user experience. Trains other internal users on current content platforms and helps implement communication plans and activities using these tools. Creates and manages vehicles for communicating system-wide information with internal audiences and physicians, including, but not limited to, web portals, newsletters, social media, reports, videos, meetings and events. Develops and monitors metrics to measure effectiveness of communications and recommends enhancements to the communication programs. Coordinates with and provides support to other members of the BayCare communications team as needed to achieve the overall goals of the department and health system. Required experience includes 3 years of web communications using content management platforms. Additional required skills include knowledge of AP Style and strong writing and copy editing. Preferred 3 years experience with SharePoint.
