Clearwater, FL 33764The Voice Engineer is responsible for design, installation and support of voice solutions for BayCare Health System. Voice Engineer must possess an in-depth knowledge of unified communication technologies and have the ability to articulate the benefits of the technology and relate them to the customer's business needs. Responsible for being the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of voice technology. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting voice issues, and training users. Maintains technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, selecting or developing voice and/or video systems. Prepares and ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions, asset databases, and issue tracking. Provides regular monitoring and voice network analysis regarding short and long-range planning for in-house systems.
