Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a Banquet Cook 2 position. The Cook 2 will be involved in building inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation. The candidate must have experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advance knife cuts. The position will rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, banquet business and overall need of the resort. Must thrive within a large team environment, and maintain a positive demeanor. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, show flexibility, and be available when extensive work hours are required.
