Four Seasons Resort Orlando is currently searching for a full time Front Desk Agent.
The Front Desk Agent position welcomes and registers resort guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the resort, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The ability to work rotating shifts will be required, and may change depending on resort occupancy. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to constant change within the resort.
Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have Front Desk experience, and who already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
