Description

The Rehabilitation Services Charge Specialist is responsible for converting Therapists' documented minutes of skilled services treating patients to billable procedures and entering the charges. This position requires knowledge and adherence to payer rules and regulations. The specialist is responsible for accurate processing of charges across all outpatient rehabilitation services including the reconciliation and auditing of charges as well as generation of daily revenue reports. This position requires attention to detail and research of charging details and interaction between therapists and scheduling. It requires thorough knowledge of Cerner Charge services and a working knowledge of Soarian scheduling and Craneware.

***This is a Temporary position for about 2 years***
