Description

Serves as a member of the Cardiovascular Catheterization Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, Pacemaker insertion, PV, and hemodynamic monitoring studies (if applicable). Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision. ACLS PALS certification within (6) months. Required Certification & Licensure includes Completion of CV Tech Program or other Allied Health training program in lieu of RCIS is acceptable as alternative to Licensure.

Education Required High School or Equivalent Preferred Technical Cardiology
Experience Required 2 years Cardiology Or 1 year Catheterization Laboratory

Preferred 1 year Electrophysiology
