You’ll be in charge of 120 leads per week and responsible for increasing revenue by 10% in that territory weekly.  There will be at least 1,188,275 issues vying for your attention on a daily basis, so you’ll need to make lightning fast decisions. We can assure you that you’ll never die of boredom.

When you’re not rolling up your sleeves and analyzing sales data with your mentors, you’ll be coached by territory directors on how to perfect your negotiating skills, meeting with your marketing and communications coaches to get input on your strategies, and presenting daily results to your leadership team.

Once you master the Account Management role, you will get hands-on leadership training and learn how to hire and motivate a team of Account Managers to exceed their sales goals. You will get lots of practice trying to persuade people who don’t agree with you, just as your mentor had to do with you.  Paybacks are always fun.
