Description

The Clinical Nurse Resident cares for a group of patients with the direct supervision of a preceptor. Collaborates with the preceptor and demonstrates understanding of the nursing process in the delivery of patient care. Assignments are completed with increasing competence and responsibility.

This position is for our Graduate Nurse program for St. Joseph Children's Hospital.

Qualifications

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: BLS (Basic Life Support)

REQUIRED EDUCATION: ASN

REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL RN license is required by the start of the program

PREFERRED EDUCATION: BSN

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year hospital experience

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Interpersonal skills, clinical skills, computer skills, communication skills
