The Cook is responsible to provide well-seasoned, appetizing, appealing and nutritious food for regular diets, modified diets and special functions, prepares foods according to the standardized recipes, methods and specific quantities , sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage, monitors use of supplies and performs other duties as assigned. Additional required skills includes knowledge of diet therapy.
