CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER SPECIALIST - HOURS AS NEEDED
The Customer Service Center Specialist is responsible for both administrative and system marketing support and serves as the initial point of contact for all BayCare Health System marketing activities and physician referral efforts. Responsible for inbound and outbound communications via telephone, website, email and enterprise web portals to promote service lines, physician referral registrations, community events as well as handling direct mail inquiries and text messaging marketing initiatives. Responsible for quickly determining the needs of the customer and cross-marketing other services across the health care system. Applies knowledge of system marketing initiatives in all interactions. Supports BayCare Health System by occasionally handling incoming call requests for Team Resources from job seekers as well as other non-marketing related communications.Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. Prefer AS Degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Two years call center and two years customer service.
REQUIRED SPECIFIC SKILLS: Interpersonal skills, written / verbal communication skills, critical thinking, medical terminology, work independently and with a team, knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to the position, administrative / clerical skills, organized, computer skills appropriate to the position, problem solving and customer service skills.
