Kid’s Nite Out is a childcare company providing services to the guests of Orlando’s Theme Parks and Resorts. 

Job Description

Reservations agents are responsible for creating and modifying all reservations for in-room childcare services, as well as scheduling in-room caregivers on assignments. Reservations agents will track the daily in-room schedule and make adjustments as needed by communicating individual circumstances to fellow team members and management. Must be comfortable in an office environment handling up to 5 busy phone lines and be proficient with email and associated computer software. Must demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team as well as show initiative when working independently. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual a plus.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Handling up to five busy phone lines
• Effectively transfer caregiver availability into a weekly schedule
• Effectively assist resort guests in scheduling childcare
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone to guests of Orlando area resorts

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities       

• Proficient with email and associated computer software
• Typing skills a must

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of Age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must agree to a national, state, and local background check
