Part Time Administrative / Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Part-Time administrative assistant to join our rapidly growing business. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Providing comprehensive support services including managing executives' schedules, booking appointments and trips, answering and directing calls, preparing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other reports as needed.
- Preparing letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Adding inventory into the company's CRM and helping the marketing department
- Assisting with clerical and receptionist duties as needed
- A minimum of 2 years experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an administrative position is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with using eBay or other online selling platforms is preferred.
