Pizza Cook (Part-Time)

Job Title:                Pizza Cook

Department:        Food and Beverage

Reports To:          Manager of Food & Beverage Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare pizza and other food offerings to exact standards focusing on guest satisfaction, food safety and sanitation, quality control, cleanliness, and productivity.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• All components of the pizza operation, such as cleaning, dish washing, prepping, assembling, cooking, cutting and serving pizza and other offerings. 
• Liaison with corporate-supported and funded food operations
• Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed
• Liaison with corporate-supported and funded food operations
• May assist with receiving of food products and set-up break-down of dining areas
• Give guidance and support to volunteers that will be serving pizza to guests

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS BEYOND NORMAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT:

• Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, balance, use hands and arms
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to operate a golf cart 
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds, unassisted
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work

• Must be able to speak, read and write English

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or greater is preferred
• Prior experience in food service is preferred
