Harbor Community Bank one of the fastest growing Community Banks in Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Lock Desk Administrator. The position of Residential Lock Desk Administrator is responsible to analyze and manage interest rate risk for residential mortgage loans in the Bank's portfolio and delivered into the secondary market. This position will ensure the Bank maintains eligibility with its Secondary Market investors, GSE's and governmental agencies. Focus on pricing and service; recommends adjustments in the Bank's secondary market program to management.
Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations and investor guidelines as they relate to this position.
Minimum Requirements
- Equivalent to a 4 year degree in Finance or similar work related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of a financial analyzing or lending background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
- Thorough knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and other governmental agencies secondary market guidelines.
- Ability to design and implement new process and procedures. Advanced analytical, research& mathematical skills.
- Above average knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance as it pertains to residential mortgage lending.
- Self-directed, motivated and comfortable working in a start-up like environment with limited infrastructure.
