Avante at Leesburg Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor. Ideal Nurse Supervisor will share our heartfelt approach to caring for the adult residents of our community.
Requirements :
- Preferred candidates must be motivated, compassionate, and professional.
- Candidates with previous experience working in a Long Term Care nursing facility are desirable.
- Must be able to supervise and instruct others.
- Must have the ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies.
- Must be able to work on an on-call rotation schedule.
- Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse.
- Positive attitude toward the elderly a must.
