Guest Service Agent (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

The Guest Service Agent is responsible to respond to our guest reviews from many external sites as TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, TravelClick, etc.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable with hotel operations. Has great customer service skills and is able to project a smile through the phone when speaking with guest/team members. Must, be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate is efficient and accurate in regards to the daily operations, friendly and courteous to all individuals (both guest and non-guest), and has great communication skills. The ideal candidate must have great guest service skills that reflect our company standards.
Previous hotel experience is required. Must be able to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays. Candidate must have excellent written, oral and communication skills.
