We are a Florida registered company owned by 3 UK people, expanding from the UK after 13 very successful years supplying into the Autobody Industry, we need a book keeper / office administrator who will work 5 days a week, hours can be flexible to suit but must be agreed upon.

You must be able to do basic book keeping using Quick books and be able to input purchase and sales ledger in order to run a tidy and compliant company, qualifications not essential but an ability to demonstrate accounts at interview will be asked.

General office administration will also be required, answering phone, receiving and arranging goods to be shipped to customers via courier services and all other administration tasks as they arise.

This is an exciting opportunity to set up your own systems and make your own mark on the business, the office is in early stages of set up but in order to push forward we need a sensible minded individual with a genuine willingness to represent our company as soon as possible.
