PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Direct juice flow through juice lines to appropriate tankers and load tankers.
- Clean in place silos and loading system.
- Maintain clean work area and tankers.
- Communicate with Supervisor regarding juice and tanker loading.
- Drive tankers within the compound as needed.
- Yard or Ram Truck experience preferred.
- Maintain Silo Log books.
SKILLS
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral communications skills.
- Visual and auditory acuity, hand and eye coordination, finger dexterity, and the ability to access work area and climb into vehicle to drive.
- Ability to squat; open and close valves involving 50 lbs. of pull force.
- Ability to distinguish valves and juice lines.
- Ability to climb ladder and climb on top of tanker and open manhole cover that weighs 10 pounds.
- Ability to work and drive safely.
- Ability to perform or learn and perform functions of other jobs in area.
Education and Experience Preferred
- No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a food production environment, preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver License with no more than 6 points.
