Job DescriptionOur company is in need of a multi-faceted person, somebody who has some graphic design experience and some installation experience. This would be full-time work as well. Required Skills or attributes High School Diploma or GED equivalent 5+ years sign industry experience (design, production, and some installation) Background in vinyl creation & application and large format digital printing Strong computer and file management skills Experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with RIP software Proficient with Microsoft or Google Productivity products (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting deadlines Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical Solid oral and written communication skills will be expected. Good math skills Strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment Work directly with both customers and subcontractors Enjoys working with people Willingness to learn and improve on existing skill-set Willing to accept responsibility for mistakes but more importantly able to change or improvise to correct mistakes Desired Skills or attributes Experience with sign industry Corebridge software would be a plus Vehicle wrap skills Bachelor s Degree Able to speaking and understanding both English and Spanish We are a custom manufacturing business who work hard at producing high quality products while providing great customer service. We love our clients, so this position would need to be filled by somebody who is friendly and enjoys working with all kinds of people. We sometimes have people placing orders at the last minute so the job can be very fast-paced with a good deal of pressure at points. The person we need for this position would need to be able to handle the pressure and the fast pace that we may encounter. Although a bachelors degree is not required, we require you to be smart and innovative. This position also requires some management skills since he or she will be working closely with the owners and often assisting them as they manage the business. Although sales experience is not required for this position, it would be a plus, since inside sales will be part of the everyday activities for this person. Fine d-Zign signs main products will focus on a complete range of visual solutions using state-of-the-art-computerized software and hardware. These solutions will include but not be limited to graphics for walls, windows, floors, ceilings and vehicles as well as other signs and banners for interior/exterior use, event displays, banners and digital display systems. In addition, other types of specialized signage will be obtained for customers such as, high volume screen-printed signs, large full color photographs, and more. Graphics and letters can be placed on whatever sign medium the customer chooses such as: wood, glass, vehicles, metal, banners, plastics, cardboard, paper and more.
