Automotive Sales Professional / Sales Rep - Completion Bonus

Job DescriptionOur growing dealership is hiring EXPERIENCED sales staff. If you are at the top of your sales game and are looking to make more money and work in a fantastic work environment, Kisselback Ford is the answer. We need motivated, ready to work, and professional staff for our new and used car departments. We offer a training completion bonus available after 90 days. We have the best schedule in the market that offers 1 week day off, 1 full weekend off per month and closing times no later than 8pm. Realistic potential to earn $50,000 plus. Our pay plan is top of the market and additional benefits include medical, 401K, life insurance, gym membership and weekly pay. Day to day responsibilities: Work one-on-one with customers to determine vehicle needs Creating sales through in-bound calls, walk ins, referrals, internet leads, etc. Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives Maintain strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals Stay up to date on current models, vehicle information, etc. Promote marketing strategies such as the Kiss Advantage, Kiss & Tell referral program, etc. Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years sales experience of any kind Self-Motivation Excellent organizational and time management skills Ethical business practices and professional image Strong computer and phone skills Good people skills BILINGUAL A PLUS Here is some of what Kisselback Ford has to offer: Guaranteed minimum income of $500/week for first 90 day training period with substantial volume-based bonus plan thereafter AND one time training completion bonus of $500 Ongoing professional development Stability of an established & growing company Medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits 401K opportunities Gym membership 1 weekday off per week and 1 full weekend off per month.
