We are accepting resumes and interviewing for a start date in March 2017.To maintain, inspect, install, and monitor all mechanical equipment, furniture, and maintenance requirements for buildings owned or leased by the Cooperative. EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent training. ExperienceFive (5) years experience in building facility operations required. ( Hands on job experience or through technical training.) Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesMust have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, open office system furniture installation, basic knowledge of water treatment and HVAC system. Must be able to respond effectively in times of emergency to minimize damage to equipment/personnel. Equipment to be used: Scissor lift, pressure washer, window washing equipment, drill press, and other electrical/manual operating tools. Must have good understanding of PC applications.Working ConditionsMust be able to work extra hours when necessary and report to office whenever needed during non-scheduled working periods. Must possess a valid Florida Driver s License and possess an acceptable MVR to operate corporate vehicles. Physical requirements include: climbing ladders, crawling in duct work, lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
