At the North America Capability Center we continue to explore ways to simplify processes and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Responsibilities\: Coordination and management of end to end payrolls of all payrolls within Ireland. Updating and maintaining all payroll and T&A records. Checking T&A and Payroll's to ensure legislative and company compliance. Liaising with Staff and management on payroll related queries. Payroll and T&A reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations. Provide internal budget reports as required. Manage Share Purchase scheme. Calculation and processing for termination payments. Processing increases and calculation of back pay. Liaise with HR regarding new hires, terminations, salary increase, awards etc. Month end reporting including financial, third party etc. Support Finance during GL interface reconciling activities. Accurate calculation of annual bonus entitlements and payment of same. End of year processing and reconciliation including payments. Projects as required such as upgrades etc. Manage all Audits required including internal, external and Revenue. Qualification:Requirements\: Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and processes Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work to deadlines Ability to review and implement policies and procedures Problem solving, analytical and numeracy skills required 5 or more years Payroll processing experience Good Excel ability Experience with T&A and Payroll systems Experience in a shared service environment and a solid understanding of payroll and HR llegislation Experience in a 24/7 operations environment
