InPwr Inc. is an Indianapolis based design/build electrical contractor that works on a national level Compensation/Benefits Wages: Hourly based on experience and skillset Insurance Health Dental Vision Life 401k with employer match program Paid holiday, vacation and personnel days Sabbatical program after every five years of service Travel Hourly perdiem 17/4 provisional travel. After every (17) days worked InPwr Inc. will provide provisions for employee to travel home for (4) days InPwr Inc. is responsible for employee lodging Superintendent and foreman will be assigned company vehicle and gas card Position Requirements Applicants must complete a background check and have a valid driver s license Degree from a 4 year trade school preferred Must currently possess, have reciprocity or have the ability to pass state/local municipal journeyman level licensing exams. Applicants must have working knowledge of the National Electric Code and electrical theory Background in design/build electrical construction is preferred Must have the ability to adapt to various working environments and make decisions based on industry best practices Possess basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.) Proficient skills in reading project drawings and submittals Duties Supervise crews of (6) to (40) electricians and subcontractors Build and implement project schedules Maintain crew productivity while insuring a high level of quality and safety in field installations Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and general contractor/customer Must be proficient in project layout and implementation Adhere to and enforce InPwr Inc. company policies, procedures and safety protocol Assist design/estimating teams with ongoing design changes Process all InPwr required project documentation including but not limited to (e.g. RFI s, time, as-build drawings, daily logs, two-week schedules, corrective action, safety documents, material requests, T&M tickets.)
