Performance Advisor with Extensive DMS Experience

Description Dealertrack is currently looking for a DMS Performance Advisor with DMS experience to join our team in South Jordan, UT. The Job: In this role, you will be supporting Dealertrack's Dealer Management Solution (DMS). You will be responsible for managing the relationship with clients after the DMS implementation period and beyond. You will also be responsible for monitoring all case metrics and making recommendations to dealerships on areas of potential improvement while interacting with all levels of dealership management. Responsibilities: Maintain weekly communication with different levels of dealer management at each dealer location including management of customer issues and conflict resolution Develop references through existing dealers and coordinate ongoing training and technical support needs of the dealer Provide onsite visits as required for each subscribed client Manage assigned book of business working with influential DMS clients remotely through conference calls, proactive, as well as reactive support of dealership management Provide quarterly call reports through SalesForce to look for training trends and needs Qualifications What We Look For: Some college preferred 2-5 Years DMS experience 2-5 years experience working with the Dealer Track DMS required. The ideal candidate will have been a Lead Installer or a Level 2 Service Representative Some knowledge of other DT Solutions is preferred.
