Front Office Agent

The ideal candidate must be friendly, courteous and helpful to all individuals, both guest and non-guest. Look after the well
being of every guest and take personal responsibility in solving the guest's problems - to ensure a memorable experience! 
Must be able to check in and check out guests in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Must have previous experience
as a front desk agent in a large conventions hotel. Flexible schedule including weekends a holidays is a must.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
