Claim Specialist

Kelly Services is looking for Claims Specialists for our client in Lake Mary, FL! Job Duties: Verify member submitted claims forms, member s eligibility and pharmacy information is complete and accurate, updating system information as needed. Process and finalizeclaims submitted by members, pharmacy or appropriate agency according to guidelines. Communicate with internal departments, members, pharmacies or agencies to resolve claim issues. Prioritize and coordinate daily workload to assure required turnaround time is met. Assess accuracy of system adjudication and alert management of potential problems affecting the integrity of claim processing. Analyze claims for potential fraud by member or pharmacy. Education & Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 1-3 years of call center experience. Reimbursement experience is required. Knowledge of completed benefits verifications, submitted test claims, completed or reviewed prior authorizations required. Strong data entry skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Hours: Monday Friday. Must be available for shifts: 9a-6p, 10a-7p or 11-8. Pay: $15 - $16, depending on experience.
