Field Technical Support Representative

Job Description Position Detail The position posting is for a talented, energetic and motivated Technical Support Representative whose responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Providing customers with technical support, and product education for the I-CON product line Coordinating the inspection and repair of any returned materials Documenting troubleshooting procedures and maintaining records of all customer interactions in CRM Working with the engineering team to resolve escalated technical support issues and concerns Generating customer requested documentation including, but limited to: Sales Quotes, Sales Orders and RMA Documentation Interacting with customers on daily basis through various forms of a communication in an energetic, positive and professional manner Obtaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, as well as the ancillary components, and the related troubleshooting steps and procedures. Above responsibilities may require up to 25% travel Minimum Position Consideration Requirements: Technical support background in troubleshooting ancillary plumbing equipment and electronic components Must possess advanced mechanical aptitude Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills Self starter and self motivated to succeed Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Posses the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office Company DescriptionI-CON Systems, Inc.
