As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive talent management support in the areas of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training and employee events. You will also develop recruitment ads and job postings and assist with ad placement, and provide back-up support as needed in areas such as front office operations, appointment processing, document management and benefits and wellness.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, with at least one year of high-volume staffing or recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of talent management and human resources practices typically acquired through college-level coursework in HR management or direct work experience
  • Interpersonal, collaboration and project management skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to maintain and update confidential employee records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong information systems orientation, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Ellucian Banner HR or a similar HRIS package
  • Knowledge of office budgeting and accounting methods and practices
