Sales Estimator - Windows & Doors

As our business continues to grow, FAS Windows & Doors, Central Florida’s premier window and door company, seeks an Estimator to support our sales team in NW Orlando.

Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated, experienced individual to fill a combined role of material sales & support.  The person selected for this position will mainly be responsible for estimating, performing plan take-offs for our new construction window and door sales team; revisions of sales bids and preparing installation quotes.  This position is responsible for quote preparation prior to actual ordering. The successful candidate may also be called upon to provide exceptional service to showroom clients and handle small material sales on a commission basis.

Position Requirements:

FASWD prides itself on communication and support to all customers.  Therefore, you must have an outgoing personality with a willingness to communicate with others concisely and frequently.  We seek an experienced professional with extensive windows/doors product knowledge, particularly with wood exterior-clad product lines. 

The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional verbal and written skills and have at least 2-3 years of building industry experience, with a solid work history. 

To be considered for this opportunity you must be familiar with Windows-based computer and manufacturer software, must be able to read blueprints, meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and be exceptionally detail-oriented while working in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
