Job DescriptionManpower Coordinator (Dispatcher)Mulberry, FL Mid Size Industrial Construction Company; looking for an experienced labor dispatcher. Candidate must be able to perform dispatching responsibilities as well as good communication skills for notification of personnel and customers. Qualifications: Prior experience in this field and knowledge of the construction process Is responsible for fielding, documenting and communicating numerous labor requests Adequately schedule appropriate individuals to the proper projects, repairs and inspections and insuring that transactions are completed to plan Must be extremely detail oriented with good organizational skills Capable of timely resolutions and work in a fast pace environment Good attendance and punctuality Good written and oral communication skills Job Requirements: The dispatcher must be in constant contact with our Management, Supervisors and Customer to insure that all requests are met and documented: Must be able to properly assign personnel, based on craft skills, to appropriate job sites. Coordinating materials and tools where required Follow up on outstanding and open issues to insure the completion of work assignments Communicate to management and various departments each day issues with personnel or clients if they are detracting from the completion of the tasks. Assist the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager with various assignments as directed Position requires for the qualified individual to be available after hours and on weekends.
