Contracts Administration Coordinator      

A new position has arisen at Tourico Holidays that is responsible for supporting the department that manages the contracts and relationships with our suppliers (Product department). A Primary function of the role will be to review and amend the contracts agreed with hotel suppliers. This position requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to liaise between multiple internal departments.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or background in financial or commercial support role, preferably in travel sector
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proposal and presentation writing.
• Advanced experience with MS Excel
• Assertive, results oriented individual
• Self-motivated and driven and willing to work on their own initiative
• Ability to work with targets and meet goals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships
