Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for hiring and vetting new vendors for various assignments nationwide. Shift 12-9 PM Responsibilities: Answering and direct incoming calls Interviewing and vetting new vendors Collecting and verifying required vendor credentials upon each hire Negotiating with vendors on pricing set by the company Advising vendors upon hire on specific jobs detail Keeping an open line of communication between company and clients Qualifications: 2 years of customer service skills 2 years sales experience MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE, and experience with calendar management, Outlook, Word, Excel, and mapping programs. Must be able to answer and direct phone calls in a high paced environment Must be able to type 30 words per minute Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to type 30 words per minute Ability to work well in teams For this position Personality is key with re pore building skills!This person must be outgoing, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude that will show over the phone with our clients and vendors (This is very important).POSITION INFORMATIONIndustry: Real EstateJob Type: Full time with over time 12 pm - 9 pm and one Saturday a month 11am - 3pm Education: diploma or GED**DRUG TEST AND BACK GROUND CHECK WILL BE ENFORCED UPON HIRE
