This is NOT a sales position there is absolutely no cold calling or selling!YOUR MISISON- Reach prospects in our database via phone and read a specific script and then pass them over to a sales rep- Maintain and update call records- Follow up with emails if needed- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisorREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Pleasant phone voice- Persistence (it can take multiple tries to reach a prospect)- Ability to leave messages that are upbeat and spark the prospect's interest- Competency in Microsoft Word and ExcelWORK HOURSFull-time in-office positionMonday - Friday from 9 - 5:30 pm with half an hour for lunchCOMPENSATIONThis is an entry-level position with a base pay of $8.05/hour plus commission.
