The new advisor You will be unique in that market as most of the lenders serving the industry are call center focusedworking a call center model. You will be the local, face-to-face expert. The qualified professionalYou will be responsible for sourcing and originating new loan applications and achieving individual sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining minimum activity goals set forth by the company and your/or Sales Manager. Educate realtors, builders, financial service providers, among others, on the uses and applications of the reverse mortgage products. Participate in all steps related to the origination of a mortgage loan including but not limited to:, meeting with prospects, counseling borrowers, taking mortgage applications, primarily face-to-face, as well as by phone. Attend various rallies, luncheons, and events to raise referral source awareness of the Company s products and services. Meet and maintain prescribed number of outbound sales activities Qualifications: Existing referral relationships History of achieving sales goals NMLS license is a plus, but not required Great marketing and networking ability / -community reach. Good analytical and communication skills Great team player looking to take their business to the next level.
