AdelCare II Inc home care services have been helping families since 2004. We provide Personal Supports, Respite Care and LSD1 - Companion Services through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Medicaid Waiver and Personal Care Services for individuals under 21 years old through Medicaid.

Tuesday and Friday 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Position Summary:
Assist a 26 y/o woman with Down Syndrome with basic & instrumental activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, laundry. Also to participate in recreational activities such as swimming, baking, playing wii, walk and other activities of her choice.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to swim and go to the pool with client.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening and local law background.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must have at least one year of verifiable experience working directly with individuals receiving services in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or childcare setting or working with people who have a developmental disability. In lieu of the required work experience, you may have 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or 720 classroom hours of college or vocational school.
