Administrative Clerk/ Staffing Coordinator
Lutheran Haven Nursing Home – Oviedo, Florida
Lutheran Haven Nursing Home in Oviedo, Florida is seeking to hire a top notch Administrative Clerk/ Staffing Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and working experience in staffing and or medical records in a nursing home environment. The position reports to the Director of Nursing and key responsibilities include the following:
- Create staffing schedule to ensure proper nursing coverage for all nursing shifts and unit.
- Updates nursing schedule and posts Sign-up-Sheet for open nursing shifts.
- Post daily Per-Patient-Day report.
- Assign daily work assignments for staff.
- Replace or cover for nursing call-outs as instructed by Director of Nursing, or designated Nursing Supervisor.
- Monitor attendance and requests for vacation/sick time.
