Shipping Clerk / Delivery Driver
Precision machine shop seeking shipping clerk with experience working in a machine shop environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, pack and ship precision components or materials
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming components or materials
- Arrange appropriate transportation of products
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Driving Company owned van to make local deliveries and pick-ups
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years experience in shipping
- 3-5 years experience in a machine shop environment
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 40lbs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have clean driving record (No CDL required)
- Delivery experience preferred
MUST PASS pre-employment drug screen and have clear background, and minimal points on license
SHIFT: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:30PM & Half day on Fridays
SALARY: $15.00/hour
TERM: Full time to Hire
