About Us:
Advanced IT Concepts, Inc. (AITC) is a SDVOSB and SBA 8(a) Certified IT Systems Integrator, Value-Added Reseller and Service Provider to government and private sectors. AITC is a fast-growing company with an opening for a Sales Manager. This position requires up to 75% of travel from the corporate office currently located in Winter Springs, FL.
Position Overview:
This newly created position will expand AITC's presence and market share in the defined geographical territory. You will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales department, setting sales goals & quotas, building sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales training and territories, mentoring and coaching the sales team.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks include:
- Utilizes business partner relationships, financial analysis/data and market knowledge to penetrate new accounts, close new business, and grow customer base.
- Identifies sales opportunities independently or through a collaborative effort with sales and business development team members.
- Takes a consultative approach to help sales identify new revenue opportunities or transform existing business models.
- Demonstrates general awareness of territorial opportunities through routine interactions with business and vendor partners.
- Takes a leadership role in coordinating cross departmental resources to carry out account plan.
- Displays proven leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance, direction, support and coaching to the inside sales team members, customer and peers.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales results quarter over quarter.

- Travel up to 75%.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications
- 5+ years in High Tech Industry Sales/Direct Customer Experience
- Familiarity with Gov’t RFQ/RFP process
- Assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.
- Excellent negotiation skills, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Knowledge of software, hardware, licensing, and peripherals.
