Flying Food Group MCO Position: Human Resources Clerk (Temporary) Department: HR MCO/ASM Reports to: HR Manager Starting Rate: TBD Date Position Available: Immediate Administrative Responsibilities: Maintains employee files current and accurate for new hires, terminations, employee changes & personal information, LOAs, benefits and other as required;Ensures federal and state compliance in personnel files, I-9 binders, medical files Workers compensation files and other confidential employee information;Maintain monthly filing of employment applications, interview results and EEO Data for applicant tracking and reporting;Prepare and process PAFs for all employee transactions;Support employee recognition programs, company bulletin boards and newsletter;File all benefits enrollment, terminations, changes and corrections to FFG payroll, providers and within HR Kronos;Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws;Administer employee badge systems. Strategic Responsibilities:Support Kronos Timekeeping process to ensure data is verified timely;Support recruitment process and assist in recruiting all non-exempt employees;File responsibility counseling program, progressive discipline and performance management Qualifications:Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;Manufacturing experience a plus;A minimum of 4-5 year administrative/clerical experience;Candidate bilingual in English and Spanish a plus;Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Excel.Must be able to function within a team environment;Perform tasks under general supervision JB.0.27.LN
