Job DescriptionPosition: Sales and Marketing AssistantDepartment: Sales and Marketing / Business DevelopmentReports To: Director of MarketingKey Relationships: Supports Director of Marketing, VP of Business Development, VP of Sales and CEOPosition DescriptionSummary: The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the Sales and Marketing management. A successful Sales and Marketing Assistant is one that is both highly organized and able to perform with minimal supervision in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment. Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of motivation are critical to success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocument preparationClient communicationsGenerate and distribute contracts for new clients, renewals or expansion effortsMail merges, scorecards, etc.PowerPoint presentation development and customizationReportingProficient in SalesforceCreate reports, lead uploads, create users, assign campaigns, dedupe records, merge prospects/leads, create fields, log casesProficient in ExcelCreate, implement and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly reportsGather data from CRM databases and export into Excel spreadsheetsTravel expendituresComplete and finalize business development representatives commission reporting each monthTradeshowsOrganize and manage tradeshow activitiesTravelProvide calendaring, organize and manage travelResearchConduct company research using the internetRFP supportManage/Build RFP libraryCoordinate RFP responses and requirementsOther Sales and Administrative dutiesCRM Data entry and updates related to contacts, opportunities and activitiesOther responsibilities as may be assigned from time to timeRequirements: Exceptional written, verbal communication and platform presentation skills Advanced skills with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Proficient in Salesforce CRM Two years of experience in a sales/marketing support role preferred, and/or assisting a C-level executive Experience working at a start-up or rapidly-growing company is preferredPrevious healthcare, financial services and/or merchant account experience helpful Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm, adaptability and a can-do attitude are required Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask are required Associates Degree or equivalentCompensation and Benefits: Full-time positionSalary range from 45,000 60,000Travel: Up to 30%About Us:Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, ClearGage is a rapidly growing healthcare payments technology company providing innovative payment solutions to the healthcare industry.
