Building Manager, Altamonte Campus & Heathrow Center

Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for a Building Manager at our Altamonte Campus and Heathrow Center. The Building Manager plans and manages the facilities operations of the Altamonte Campus and Heathrow Center and reports to the Facilities Director.   This position supervises the Altamonte Campus and Heathrow Center custodial staff and coordinates the activities of the College’s trade staff in consultation with the Facilities Trades Manager and the Utility Energy Manager. 

REQUIRED QUALFICIATIONS:

1. Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.

2. Five (5) years of skilled work experience in one or more trade specialties.

3. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

4. Three (3) years management/supervisory experience in facilities operations.

5.  Valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
