Job DescriptionExperienced Foreman - Lead Painter needed Description of Duties: Prepare and paint surfaces to Dalton & Son Painting standards using proper application methods to get desired results Exceed customer expectations Be a team player and work with everyone to provide quality job and quality service Produce 40hrs. of work per week Provide outstanding painting skills and crew management Job Requirements: below is a list of expectations we have for someone to fulfill this role. Ability to create precision cut lines in a variety of areas and instances and the knowledge to apply different methods when needed Ability to work with different types of latex and oil paints and provide desired finish Ability to work with various stain and clear coat products to provide desired finish Ability to prepare any substrate or surface for paint application Ability to repair all kinds of walls: drywall, plaster, stucco and match the previous texture and/or provide a seamless surface Ability to perform all of the above with superior, above average skills Work on the job with crew to keep job progressing Possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract so that you can drive one of our vehicles if required. Bonus: ability to provide flawless spray finishes with various sprayers: air, air assisted and airless. Maintain appropriate work site behavior and language Employees must pass a drug test, criminal background check and work history verification.
