Job Duties:
- Maintain and grow relationships with the customers assigned mainly by phone and e-mail, while achieving targets (low potential clients)
- Analyze evolution of the assigned clients, in order to increase their sales via new products, new segments, new rates, etc.
- Generate market interest and close sales by executing e-registration clients (reactive acquisition)
Sales Executive direct revenue generation from the designated area will contribute to the overall Regions development and expansion plans of the BOL brand. Responsible to build up long-term relations with existing clients (low potential and long tail) and close sales agreement with e-registration client
Main functions:
- Acquisition of e-registration clients (reactive acquisition) and transfer to Sales Manager for them to do the first approach in order to assign Segmentation.
- Follow up low potential and long tail accounts to meet sales targets.
- Update sales activities using the Salesforce CRM system (calls, opportunities)
- 10 - 20 visits per year to the top 5-10% accounts
- 40 calls per week to existing/new clients to develop long-trusted relationships
- Analyze KPIs and client pack to look for new opportunities within existing clients
- Managing a portfolio of ~900 accounts
- Assist clients in the most important operational issues: in house problems
- Assist clients in the most important issues related to XML, Credit, Exclusions, mapping
Requirements:
- High School / GED is required. Candidate should ideally possess a Diploma or Professional Degree (but is not a must)
- At least 2-3 years sales experience in the travel industry and sales.
- Fluent English (desirable) or market language (essential)
- PC proficiency
- Basic knowledge of sales management in a hospitality set up.
- Basic computer literacy and basic understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies especially Sales Force
- Strong communication. High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to interact at a high level. Dynamic, outgoing personality, self-motivated, resourceful, highly independent, innovative, creative with high degree of customer service and result oriented.

- Availability to work the 12:00pm to 9:00pm schedule (to cover West area portfolio).
