Human Resources Support RepresentativeSummary/ObjectiveUnder managerial direction, manage the onboarding of field employees. Partner closely with other departments to provide superior customer service to ensure field employees are on-boarded successfully. HR Support Rep - Essential Job Functions Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees and answer all related questions. Assists with processing of terminations. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. Create, review and update employee Worker Records. Facilitate resolution of payroll and/or expense issues. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, LOA, FMLA, etc). Manage all operational aspects of the field employee s onboarding; from pre-hire screenings to new hire orientation. Duties include, but not limited to, completion of required paperwork, coordinating all employment requirements, benefit coordination, accuracy of payroll and expense submission and ordering any needed equipment. Manage all operational aspects of the client relationship from pre-hire screenings, orientation, contractual flow downs to consultants. Duties include, but not limited to, completion of required paperwork, maintenance of client files, accurate invoice and payment tracking. Partner with local teams in tasks related to timecard capture and expense processing. Maintain personnel file for field employees. Collect, review and update field employee new hire paperwork and health files. Develop, plan and facilitate new hire orientations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and client requirements. Analyze and audit appropriate paperwork to ensure accuracy in order to start a project or assignment on time. Resolve any identified issues. Coordinate any required client drug or health screens with appropriate third-party vendor and provide status updates to corporate partners. Identify, develop, document and implement best practices and procedures for internal and external operational improvements.HR Support Rep - Key Success Indicators/Attributes Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
